This is a group for senior leaders who are putting inclusion into practice in their music service through ED&I action planning. We are planning to open this up more widely from September, and focusing on themes, including progression, induction and quality systems.

Who is it for:

Currently, those who have been involved in the NWG so far. From September we will extend this to all music services

Dates:

Generally 4 per year + one at the Music Mark conference:

Tues 20 July 1-3pm,  Tues 21 Sept 1-3pm, MM conf 2-3 Dec [TBC], Tues 8 Feb 1-3pm,

Tues 22 March 1-3pm

Facilitators:

Bridget Whyte, Music Mark + members of the Changing Tracks team

Contact Michael.Davidson@hertfordshire.gov.uk to express your interest in joining.

What is a peer learning group?

A regular online gathering where groups of peers support each other to improve inclusion and share learning and advice, insights and resources.

In most cases we’ve listed the first event only: the frequency of future events will be decided by the group. Places are limited to 12, one per organisation, and there will be a waiting list. If there is enough interest we will run multiple groups. The facilitator role may transfer to others in the group at an appropriate stage of development of the group.
