Lyndall Rosewarne has a background in theatre and heritage, youth work and policy making for young people’s inclusion. She worked for almost ten years for Youth Music when the organisation was very young. She says ‘It was a really inspiring period when we were developing thinking about how change happens, for young people, for organisations and for the sector.’ Lyndall continues to work freelance in music and arts and is on the board of directors at Magic Acorns, an early years arts organisation based in Norfolk. She works as a bid writer, evaluator and in policy development for a number of other arts and music organisations. She divides her time between working in the arts and creative practice as a writer.
